There are many training providers/instructors available but all are not equal. A trainer is required to have applicable field experience in the industry they train in and capable of teaching and relating that experience to the participants for their understanding and implementation into their field operations. Many students have called me, confused and frustrated with their instructor. Know who your instructor is going to be before training.
Phil Godshall delivers the information in a positive and simplistic manner and mixes in humor to make the day enjoyable. He has over 35 years experience in all aspects of residential and light commercial construction with years of actual hands-on field experience. He has mentored field staff in good business practices, trained personnel in conflict resolution and facilitated organizational needs in business development, strategic planning and managerial training. He has successfully trained hundreds of contractors and is available to answer questions regarding implementation, even after the training.
Policy for Refunds, Cancellations, No Shows

Registration and payment highly recommended prior to the training date. Registration at the door should have prior approval. Substitution of participant is acceptable.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested in writing two weeks prior to training date. Participants will be allowed to transfer to another training class in lieu of forfeiture, if requested two weeks prior to the class. Fees will be re-assigned to the new class.
If a participant fails to attend a training for which they are enrolled, there will be no refund but fees paid can be applied to another class with a $50.00 charge unless an emergency caused the no-show
Be Advised: We reserve the right to reschedule a class if we do not sell a minimum number of seats for that class. Fees paid will be applied to a future training, or refunded.
