Under the EPA Lead RRP Rule Firm Certification is required for all companies performing renovations for compensation in pre-1978 housing or child-occupied facilities including general contractors, landlords and all subcontractors. Download application and mail it with $300.00 fee or apply online. If mailing keep copies of application, check and mail certified mail. Certification is good for 5 years.
