Purpose: Offer contractors professional coaching services with a commitment to keep them informed, trained and compliant. Contractors, for the most part, do not know what they do not know and resist taking time to work ON their business rather than in their business and doing what they enjoy. Subtle prodding of their conscience gives guidance to what is needed to succeed and sustain.

After earning an Architectural Design Degree and completing service in the US Naval Security Group, Phil started his own construction business and worked at all levels and in all facets of the residential and light commercial construction industry for over thirty-five years. His career included land sub-division and development, single custom homes to large subdivisions, modular homes, contractor and consultant for disaster restorations and design/build custom remodeling. Phil also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and now, retired from the business side of the industry, has become a recognized expert, trainer and coach in the construction industry.

As President of Coaching 4 Contractors, Phil offers a “menu of training programs for the construction industry”, including: Compliance Certification Training for EPA, HUD, OSHA, DOE regulations; NCCER Certified Craft Instructor for Construction Technology, Green/Sustainable Construction, Construction Safety; Awareness Workshops in Asbestos, Lead, Mold, Radon, Silica, Hazard Communication; Safety Training Plans in Personal Protection Equipment, Respirator with Fit-Tests, First Aid, CPR & AED. Other services include, business and organizational development including leadership and training for management, tactical and strategic planning. Phil is principal instructor for Green Jobs Academy of Bucks County College and Associate Builders and Contractors of Eastern PA.
